Cape Haze Pioneer Trail
An 8.5-mile recreational trail following the historic Charlotte Harbor & Northern Railroad easement on the Cape Haze peninsula.
Walking and cycling with picnic tables and restroom access at the trailhead park. The county lists the trail as dog-friendly. Open 6 a.m.–9 p.m. The relocated Placida Bunk House stands at the Gasparilla Road trailhead.
