Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of snowbird.club. Billing and refunds are covered in the Refund & Billing Policy, which is part of these terms.

Accounts

You must be at least 18 to create an account. You need a verified email (or Google/Apple sign-in). Keep your login secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.

Snowbird Club membership

• $9.99 per year. Renews automatically each year until you cancel.
• Cancel future renewals anytime from your Account page; access continues until your paid-through date.
• Annual payments are generally non-refundable, subject to applicable law.
• Passport Perks are offered by participating businesses, may change or end, and are subject to each perk's own conditions and frequency limits.

Business listings and subscriptions

• Free listings cost nothing. Premium and Club Partner plans are billed monthly or annually and renew automatically until cancelled.
• Cancelling prevents future renewals. Paid benefits continue until the paid-through date, then the listing moves to Free and is not deleted.
• Founding Partner rates apply to the first 50 qualifying paid businesses and remain only while the eligible subscription stays continuously active. Cancelling and rejoining does not restore Founding pricing.
• You must have authority to manage any business you claim or add.

Getaways property advertising

• Snowbird Living sells advertising space only and is not a broker, agent, property manager or party to any transaction.
• One-time payments with no automatic renewal. Advertising lasts 90 days from the first property approval; unused spots expire at the end of that period.
• All listings are reviewed and payment does not guarantee publication. Advertisers have 30 days to complete requested verification.
• Advertisers must comply with the federal Fair Housing Act and applicable Florida and local laws. See Equal Housing Opportunity.

Content you submit

You confirm you own or have permission to use the text, logos and photos you submit. You grant Snowbird Living a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to display, crop, resize and promote approved content on snowbird.club, in the Snowbird Living Passport and on our official social media, for as long as it is listed. Our right to reject or remove content

We review listings, images, perks and property ads, and may decline, edit for formatting, or remove any content that is misleading, unauthorized, unlawful, fraudulent or discriminatory, or that violates these terms.

Prohibited use

No fraudulent, misleading, discriminatory or unlawful listings, spam, or attempts to misuse perks or accounts.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, subject to applicable law. [Legal review: county, venue and dispute process]

Changes to these terms

We will notify account holders of material changes by email and by updating the effective date on this page before the changes take effect. Price changes to a renewing plan will be announced before the renewal they apply to. [Legal review: attorney to confirm notice period (e.g. 30 days)]
