Refund & Billing Policy

All payments are processed securely by Stripe in US dollars. Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights you have under applicable law.

Snowbird Club — $9.99/year

• Your membership renews automatically every year at $9.99 until you cancel.
• You can cancel future renewals anytime from your Account page. Your access continues until your paid-through date.
• Annual payments are generally non-refundable, subject to applicable law.

Business plans (Premium and Club Partner)

• Regular: Premium $29/month or $290/year; Club Partner $59/month or $590/year.
• Founding Partner: Premium $19/month or $190/year; Club Partner $39/month or $390/year. Founding rates apply to the first 50 qualifying paid businesses and remain available only while that business's eligible subscription stays continuously active. Cancelling and rejoining does not restore Founding pricing.
• Monthly and annual plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling prevents future renewals; paid benefits continue until the paid-through date, then the listing moves to Free (it is not deleted).
• Annual plans are paid upfront and are generally non-refundable, subject to applicable law.
• Upgrades start right away and you pay the prorated difference. Downgrades start at the end of the current paid period with no refund or credit.

Getaways property advertising

• One-time payments with no automatic renewal.
• Advertising lasts 90 days from the first property approval in the package. Unused package spots expire at the end of that 90-day period.
• Payment does not guarantee publication. Advertisers have 30 days to complete requested verification.
• If the entire package is declined and no advertising was delivered, you are eligible for a refund.
• If verification is never completed and no advertising was delivered, we will offer a refund after the 30-day verification period.
• Partially approved packages: approved listings stay active, and you may submit corrections or replacement properties for declined spots during the package period.
• The Featured add-on is refunded if the featured placement is declined and never provided.

How refunds work

Approved refunds are initiated within 10 business days to the original payment method. Your bank may take additional time to post it. Questions or suspected billing errors: email billing.
